ABSTRACT

As a result of the creation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, efforts have been made to unify the different urban agendas related to mobility. But the biggest challenge for these agendas will be the application in small municipalities, for which a strengthening of institutional capacities is required. The article presents some successful practices of capacity building as well as recommendations on how to achieve it in the Latin American context.
