ABSTRACT
The FICVI is constituted in the year 2010 to act as the critical conscience of society against the drama of traffic accidents and their consequences unacceptable. We are agents for active participation and assume the challenge of the Decade of Action, in order to locate road safety a priority. In transit we are all vulnerable because we are all pedestrians, but an uncontrollable urban planning, vehicle speed and lack of education among other factors causing road accidents.
We must reclaim the city as a living space for the most vulnerable on their travels. Build roads to forgive, audit rules governing the movement applying a preventive justice. But above all implement road safety education as a compulsory subject securities improving road training.
It is moving towards a new culture of sustainable and safe mobility.
