ABSTRACT:
Concessions constitute a sector with enormous economic potential in the current scenario of budgetary restrictions in the euro zone, which together with the needs in terms of infrastructures has led to the introduction of regulatory changes both at the Spanish and at the European level. clarify and perfect the concepts that govern the aforementioned concession area. In this article we want to briefly show, with the experiences available to date, the weakest and most perfectible points in our opinion that have been detected in the road concession system in Spain, trying at the same time to shed some light on the different possibilities for improvement in concession contracts.
