ABSTRACT
A decade ago, they opened to traffic six new toll roads in Madrid. These projects, which began to be studied in 1976, have been treated in the Spanish media with different points of view (different projects and alternatives, construction, launch, technical and economic problems and bankruptcy proceedings). In this article, this journalistic vision as well as its comparison with a more technical and professional treatment will be discussed.
