The text begins with a brief reflection on Road insecurity and the influence-compliances breaches of road regulations.
Below risk situations, due to inappropriate behavior are analyzed and recommendations for specific situations, such as curves, intersections, roundabouts, crossings, adverse weather conditions, and tunnels are made.
The article ends with the conclusions section, the relationship between dead and speed, and a reference to the EU intervention
