ABSTRACT
Given the need for the Centers Traffic Management available in real time, the information generated by other centers and standardization, the DGT has established a protocol for transferring data between control centers and Base data Central, located in the Management Centre in Madrid, where they are stored. Each center Management turns on the General Data Base your particular data and gets the same information required of others.
