ABSTRACT
the functional structure of the Traffic Management Centers briefly describes; the criteria for determining the location of Local Centres, their functions and the way of connecting field devices with different Management Centres. Also the interconnection between different Management Centres enabling construction of a Coordinating Center addresses all facilities.
