Evolution and Dynamic Signalling status Variable in Spain

ABSTRACT
It contains a brief historical sketch about the evolution experienced Panels Variable Message (PMV) since the early 90 to this day both in its structural morphology, and its components and most significant features as well as features Led (*) used.
Then the extent and distribution of roads currently available Dynamic Variable signage in Spain along with the state broadcast messages plasma.
For its uniqueness a section is devoted to a PMV of different dimensions and structural composition called General Panel Traffic on an application graphical and alphanumeric information on the status of specific and pioneering traffic resides.
The status of the Draft European Standard 12966, pending approval, complete the article, which ends with some conclusions for the future as a result of the natural evolution of the LED and the necessary adaptation to the above standard.
