ABSTRACT
In this article a description of the systems used in Spanish airports is to evaluate the bearing capacity of the floors of their airfields. a look at the equipment used in the past, up to the currently used is cast. The tests performed with these devices are also explained. In another section determining the number Classification Pavements (PCN) concept of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) indicative of pavement strength relative to the user aircraft, or potential user, of himself and his ACN addresses (Aircraft Classification Number). Finally, as an extension of ACN / PCN method, a comparison procedure is review to determine whether or not admissible a given operation on the floor in question, from the structural point of view plane.
