ABSTRACT
Plan Quality Assurance and Certification of the entire process, as outlined in the article, the Spanish Association of Prestressed (AEEP) promote and implement the works made by the companies that form the Association, allow available to designers, builders, facultative directions, administrations and properties work in general, an effective complete quality assurance unit prestressed tool.
