ABSTRACT
The social and economic development is closely linked to energy and transport. Intensification associated energy transport sector is one of the main factors associated with increased emissions.

In recent years, there has been growing interest in reducing emissions due to transportation. The growth and spread of cities has contributed to technological advances in engines have not had the expected impact, as it increased the dispersal of cities and therefore energy consumption and pollutant emissions. New approaches are aimed at the withdrawal of the greater number of vehicles in circulation through programs of sustainable mobility applied in urban environments.

The following paper shows a method for the development of energy and environmental inventories and their integration into a planning tool for the analysis of strategies aimed at sustainable mobility.
