ABSTRACT
Given the evidence that the construction sector is doomed to be one of the professional activities with increased risk of workplace accidents, legal provisions that establish, specifically, the minimum obligations to be undertaken are incorporated in our various law both businesses and workers in this sector in the prevention of occupational hazards.
The Inspectorate of Labour and Social Security ensures compliance with laws, regulations and normative content of collective agreements provided in order to ensure the safety and health of workers.
Against risks, it is necessary to adopt measures by which the right to protect workers to take their jobs and returned to their homes after completing their workday without suffering incidents that may endanger their physical integrity.
