ABSTRACT
To validate the methods of so-called Air Monitoring Stations Carretera (EMAC), and to compare teams from different manufacturers, there have been two comparative pilot tests. The tests were performed in the A-6, simultaneously, in July and January 2009 2010-February.
Each EMAC has included environmental analyzers on the following parameters: CO, NO2, NO, NOx, PM10 and noise, with different measuring methods. They have subsequently represented the means obtained depending on the intensity of traffic on each of the five points of capacity and various meteorological variables: temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and direction, global radiation, intensity and amount of precipitation.
The aim of this work is to find the method more reliable measurement of gases within the two used, the reference method and electrochemical method.
