ABSTRACT
TURTLE is a unique strategic project funded by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce within the National Plan for Scientific Research, Development and Technological Innovation 2008-2011 Research and Regional Development Fund ERDF^(I)And promoted by a consortium of 14 Spanish partners.

The TURTLE project's general objective is to provide distributed embedded systems security and reliability have other systems, increasing the confidence of users of these systems^(II).

Specifically, within the ITS sector, security will be embedded from initial design levels, progress in the introduction of security in this area, which will result in better service to the user.
