This article describes the esplanades and firm employees by current standards in Spain, specifically in the Madrid region, Catalonia and Guipúzcoa province are analyzed.

In addition to writing this article it has studied in depth the Manual also recommendations bike path, published by the Directorate General of Traffic.

First analyzes and compares the different types of esplanade used in the design of cycle paths.
