ABSTRACT
This article analyzes the evolution of pricing policy from infrastructure to heavy goods vehicles in the European Union, describes the steps taken for their implementation, and assess the implementation of this measure in different European countries. Based on current experience, the article presents a set of recommendations for the implementation of a policy of payment for use of infrastructure is a fair and effective measure^(a).
