ABSTRACT
The soil cement is a material widely used as a structural layer on roads. The alternative technique manufacturing , it becomes more economical than mixing plant with a large number of technical and environmental advantages solution. The use of local soils, preserving aggregate reserves from existing fields, reducing CO emissions are added2 and other pollutants removed from transport, low energy consumption being a cold technique or eliminating damage a manufacturing plant may result (especially in protected areas). However, certain construction aspects such as the necessary quality and homogeneity of the soil used or assurance thicknesses and required densities and manning cement, should be considered for proper execution and avoid some of the mistakes made in some works that have prevented its widespread application.
