The Spanish Road Association audits the state of the road network
According to the AEC, the abandonment of conservation has become the endemic disease of Spanish roads
The maintenance deficit has increased emissions by a minimum of 25 million tons of CO2 in a decade
Reversing the situation requires investments of 7.500 million euros and the definition of its own financing space
