Bet on the roads

The Improvement Plan Road Network Canaria plans for the 2001-2006 period an investment in roads 235 million. These figures show the "bet" that the island governments are doing to improve the road network in the Canary Islands, whose soils, due to its volcanic origin and their large contrasts in composition, pose to civil engineering multitude of challenges, which special attention will be given during the working sessions of the conference.
