1908. First International Road Congress
As the number of cars increased population became more demanding and requesting changes in infrastructure. So when in 1908 is organized in Paris the First International Road Congress, the topic for discussion was the adaptation of the way to new modes of locomotion. In France in the same year, and 81.000 motor vehicles they are circulating, although each of them, had even more than 20 animal traction.
