Quality of service

Roads provide a fundamental service to citizens, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The quality of the service provided to the user is a priority area of ​​work. The user is today a customer of a service that must pursue continuous improvement.

The Spanish Road Association has national and international experience in the development of methodologies for assessing the quality of service on roads and their application.
