Promoted by the Ibero American-Road Institute (IVIA), which is a founding member of the Spanish Road Association (AEC), and organized by the National Laboratory of Materials and Structural Models of the University of Costa Rica (LanammeUCR), the next 28 30 to May 2008 held in San José (Costa Rica) the First Edition of the Ibero-American Congress of Traffic Safety (CISEV).
This Congress aims to become the most important meeting of the Ibero-Latin American universe to deal with problems related to traffic accidents, in all its many aspects.
