Technical Conference: Recommendations for local roads: The answer to a need in road management

When five years of the constitution of the Road Managers Forum of Provincial Councils, Cabildos and Insular Councils, promoted and coordinated by the Spanish Road Association (AEC), the next 5 FebruaryIn Madrid, the presentation day of the first conclusions of the work carried out within it will take place. Specifically, this session will present the “Guide of good practices of horizontal signage on local roads” and “Guide for the rehabilitation and management of road signatures dependent on local administrations”, in charge of the experts who have participated in its writing.
In addition, two round tables will be held with the intervention of highways responsible for the Provincial Councils, Cabildos and Consells, where you can hear the main challenges faced by these professionals in each of the aforementioned areas of work.
The day will take place in the Auditorium of the Center for Studies and Experimentation of Public Works (CEDEX), C / Alfonso XII, 3 and 5, Madrid.
The Forum of Provincial, Cabildos and Consells Provincial Highway Managers was born in February 2015 with the aim of becoming a meeting space in which to discuss issues of common interest and move forward in the search for homogeneous solutions to network problems. under the competence of these administrations. Chaired by the Diputación de Barcelona, there are currently 35 local Administrations attached to this initiative.
