The Spanish Smart Roads Congress is back

The Spanish Smart Roads Forum, an initiative of the Spanish Road Association, is working on organizing the third edition of the Spanish Smart Roads Congress, which will revolve around "The digitization of highways and urban roads for the improvement of services to the citizen".
This is an essential appointment in the Spanish road calendar, in whose two editions to date it has brought together experts, companies and organizations that are currently working on defining the keys to future mobility.
In the third installment of this event, the road reality will be analyzed in depth and the most significant advances and proposals of greater depth will be presented in this vertiginous path towards intelligent roads.
The three major issues that will capture the attention of the 3rd Spanish Smart Roads Congress are:
- "The digitization of highways and urban roads for the improvement of services to the citizen".
- "The digitization of the management of road administrations: construction, conservation and operation".
- “The digitization process for the decarbonization of the mobility of people and goods in urban environments”.
The first of them, "The digitization of highways and urban roads for the improvement of services to the citizen", will be structured in two sessions in which the most innovative projects will be presented, developed by companies and national administrations, in favor of the transformation of terrestrial mobility. There will also be a prominent space for digitization proposals, such as pay-per-use technologies, ticketing or asset management platforms.
In the second major thematic block, "The digitization of the management of road administrations: construction, conservation and exploitation", the adequacy of public resources to guarantee safe and sustainable mobility will be addressed, and the complex management of road mobility information from the perspective of its capture, storage and aggregation.
The third and last major topic of analysis will be "The digitization process for the decarbonization of the mobility of people and goods in urban environments." The central point of the debate will be located in the cities and the development and implantation in them of systems of sharing in urban mobility. The optimization work of companies will also be shown to guarantee the security and sustainability of said process while responding to the growing demands of users.
The 3rd Spanish Smart Roads Congress will generate a space conducive to the enrichment of speakers and attending experts, who will be able to share experiences on this path of digitization of mobility.
